About Joyce Petschek

Besides love of family, my creative passions are designing & stitching Bargello needlework and writing books. To date three books have been published in several languages: The Silver Bird, Silver Dreams, Beautiful Bargello (chosen by the Book of he Month Club, USA). Am presently researching and writing a new book, intending to integrate my Tibetan teachings of 30 years with personal esoteric studies, my beliefs in myth and symbols, as well as illustrating my completed textiles. However, museum exhibitions and commissions remain top priority! In London I received membership in the Art Workers Guild, founded by William Morris where my bargello wall textiles and furniture pieces have been exhibited.
